The intent of the bid call is to obtain an offer to preform work to complete “TPS Renovations and Addition in Tecumseh, Ontario as indicated in the bid documents prepared by Passa Associates Inc. Architects and identified as Project No. 2699. The project consists of the renovation to the existing 1-storey (approx 6,00 sq. ft.) structure and a small 1-storey addition (approx. 245 sq. ft.) on the East side of the structure.
Please provide a lead letter 24hrs in advance of the tender closing to confirm your scope of work.

University of Windsor 2025-01-06 California Residence – Addendum #1, #2
The University of Windsor is inviting pre-qualifications and quotations proposals from General
Contractors for a Student Residence. The building is a 3 Storey 3D printed building of
approximately 1,250 sm (13,400 sf) is intended to have the excavation and construction started in
early March 2025 and be completed by early December 2025 for occupancy in early January 2026.
During the deficiency correction period in late November 2025 the University will be installing
window blinds and furniture outside of this construction contract. General Contractors must be pre-qualified
as per the technical criteria set forth herein prior to accepting their bid price.
