Selective demolition of existing storage rooms and Wash Bay. Construction of New Wash Bays construction will be performed using masonry block wall construction with poured concrete on steel pan for ceiling. Work in this area will include all Electrical and Mechanical as per the drawings.

GECDSB 2025-21T General Brock and Dr. David Suzuki Public Schools Universal Washroom Upgrades
Project is divided between two individual schools. General Brock Public School is being renovated to include a new Universal Barrier Free Washroom (RM 130) and a new Sensory Room (RM 125a). Renovations to Dr. David Suzuki Public School, include upgrades to an existing Accessible Washroom (RM 119) creating a new Universal Barrier Free Washroom.
