The work is identified as the Research Suite 3088 Renovations located at CEI Building, University of Windsor, Windsor, Ontario, also known as Project 2024-36. In general the scope of work includes but is not limited to: Relocation of exiting furniture, new walls, doors, electrical and data.
The Board invites Pre-qualified Vendors of Record for General Contractor Services to Bid for the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services required for the completion of Vincent Massey Secondary School Renovations – Phase 2 in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Glos Arch + Eng.
Selective demolition of existing storage rooms and Wash Bay. Construction of New Wash Bays construction will be performed using masonry block wall construction with poured concrete on steel pan for ceiling.
