This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

Dear Users,

Welcome to the updated version of the TCI Website. This new iteration is designed to enhance our communication with you, offering more precise posts regarding bids and tenders. The scope of work and trades are now detailed more thoroughly, ensuring that the information you receive is not only relevant but also tailored to your specific trade interests.

To benefit from these improvements, it is essential for all users to update their account information. By doing so, you will receive customized notifications that align with your trade preferences. Please update your account by following the link provided:

Furthermore, we have introduced a new feature for subcontractors on our website. For every bid and tender listed, subcontractors are encouraged to click on the “I’m interested” button. This action serves as a confirmation of receipt for updated notifications, including new information and Addendum updates for tenders. It also signals to TCI your intention to provide a quote.

Our goal with these updates is to offer a more user-friendly experience, streamlining the process of receiving and responding to tenders. We believe that these changes will facilitate better engagement and efficiency for all our users.

Thank you for your continued partnership with TCI. We are committed to providing a platform that not only meets but exceeds your professional needs.

Sincerely,
The TCI Team

The new building is composed of two primary sections, the main training building totalling 5,560 sq. ft. and a link building totalling 700 sq. ft.  The intent for this component, link and main building , is for the Construction Manager to solicit quotations for the complete engineering, supply, and then installation from a reputable pre-engineering building supplier to provide both the main and ling buildings structure, roof, metal siding and insulation.  Remaining portions should be undertaken / organized by the selected CM and subtrades although flexibility lies with the CM to confirm scopes the feel is best.
